Each piece covers length × width in inches ÷ 144 square feet. Pieces = sod square feet ÷ that number, rounded up to whole pieces.
Pallets = sod square feet ÷ the square feet per pallet from your supplier, rounded up. Pallet coverage varies, so the app does not guess it.
Type the depth your plan calls for. Cubic feet = square feet × depth in inches ÷ 12, and cubic yards = cubic feet ÷ 27.
